Seventeen years in real estate featuring sales of both new and resale homes. Represented custom homebuilders in all phases of marketing and sales from initial contact with customers through close of escrow. Primary responsibility is to sell homes and to get saleable listings.

Nine years in mortgage banking encompassing all phases of lending from origination to funding all types of loans (both conforming and non-conforming) including construction and take out, FHA, VA, conventional, and commercial. Five years in Management.

Ten years in title insurance and escrow beginning in 1968. Experience includes searching, customer service, foreclosures, title officer, marketing/sales, and management of a title branch and escrow department.
