7/12/2004 Broadband Wireless Business Magazine Air Advantage Selects WaveRider’s Radios Air Advantage, a wireless Internet service provider (WISP) in Michigan, has selected the Last Mile Solution fixed wireless system from WaveRider Communications Inc. Air Advantage currently offers wireless high-speed access services using WaveRider’s non-line-of-sight (NLOS) system in 15 communities in Michigan’s thumb area portion of the state. The network serves more than 600 broadband subscribers. Air Advantage plans to expand coverage to 11 more communities in southeastern Michigan.
The WISP recently received funding from the Rural Utilities Service (RUS), which is part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, to continue its network expansion. American Tower Inc. has entered

of the agreement between Global WiFi Plus and

in 1999, Think Extreme, Inc. has grown to become one of
the largest of Symmetrical DSL (sDSL) providers that is
privately owned. Think Extreme, Inc. continues to grow
