Step1 - The Start of Something Big

• You finally have decided to market your business or service on the Internet before you lose out to your competition already online.
• One of our satisfied customers recommended us to you, or you found us by using a search engine.
• You study our Website noticing our attention to details, and realize that we are exactly the Professionals you wish to have design your site.

Step 2 - Making Initial Contact

Ideally, you have studied these three documents to facilitate our initial negotiations:

• Web Site Planning Outline
• WebSite Content Input Outline
• Web Site Design and Maintenance Agreement Contract
• During our negotiations, we discuss your vision for Online Marketing.
• Together, we develop a plan of how many pages you need, and map out a strategy tailored to your needs of marketing on the Internet.
• We'll discuss your needs and requirements for a Web Host Provider, and set you up on one of our servers, if you so choose.
• We will go through the 2 Outline and Agreement Contract in detail. This way we have an excellent and accurate communication from the beginning, and alleviate any problems later.

Step 3 - Submittal of All the Required Materials

You submit (via Email, Snail mail or FEDEX, etc.) all your materials to us:

• Web Site Planning Outline
• WebSite Content Input Outline
• Web Site Design and Maintenance Agreement Contract, two signed copies, one of which I sign and return to you.
• Written content for your web pages (preferably in digital format on a diskette). If you are putting printed materials on Web pages, you need to send us your brochures and booklets, too.
• Photos, graphics, company logo, etc. either on diskette or hard copy.
• Check for at least 50% of the total contract price.

Step 4 - Design, Construction and Feedback

• We will take the materials you provide and design the first draft Website, which we will then upload on our Web Server.
• We will then email you the Web address (URL), for you to critique. Then you email us your feedback so we can make the desired adjustments.
• Then we upload the revised web pages for your feedback. At this point we can make just about any changes to suit your tastes.

Step 5 - Fine Tuning Your Website

• By this stage you should have your own Internet Hosting Provider account set up (our we can suggest a reliable firm for hosting your web site), and we'll transfer the pages to your Host's server, and make sure everything work correctly on it.
• For final approval, you will very carefully study your Webpages, and we make any final corrections. This phase often takes several efforts before everything is to your expectations. We continue this process until we meet your satisfaction.

Step 6 - Promoting Your Website

• We work together to develop a brief profile (no more than 200 characters) describing your business, using as many important keywords as possible. We use this description for your Home page, for the Web search robots to index.
• You will also supply us with about 10 keywords for indexing. For superior results, please study our additional WEB RANKING service.
• You send a check for your final installment.
• We'll register your Web site with all the most popular Web search engines and directories using the 25 word descriptive paragraph you decided upon and the key words.
• It normally takes several weeks for the Web search engines to list you in their data bases, after which time you can expect visitors to start coming to your site.

Step 7 - Updating and Maintenance of Your Website

• Over the next three months you can email us whenever you want changes and updates to your Web pages. Our Design Package prices include up to one hour of updating per page for three months. Within a week of receiving your email, we will upload the revised pages reflecting the changes that you requested.
